Joy Zipper are my new favourite band at the moment. Destined to remain a cult favourite of bedroom indie-kids, they're a hard act to pigeon-hole with Tabitha and Vinny trading vocals on different tracks. Kinda mellow, like Weezer meets Kim Deal on a lazy sunny afternoon. Their new album The Heartlight Set was released on Monday and it's mighty fine.
