Nerina Pallot at The Borderline

So I finally got to see Nerina Pallot play live on Monday night. Actually, this was a good gig to see as it was the first time she'd played tracks from her current album Fires with a full band. It's the first time I'd been to The Borderline too and it's quite a cool little venue with a tiny stage which is right up close to the audience, and a large bar area to the rear. Aircon would have been nice mind, it was absolutely baking hot down there. Anyways, Nerina played for about an hour and came out to meet everyone afterwards so we all went home happy. Especially as I've now got a couple of extra copies of her rare Dear Frustrated Superstar CD signed which I can flog on eBay...
